You’ll do the right resistance exercises; the right conditioning; and the right mobility exercises for you at each stage in the training process.

We will then contact you to welcome you to the program and initiate your first week of Hybrid Performance testing.

Following this, we will arrange a call to go over your results and outline your personalized journey through the program.

With this, you will begin your training and build a body that’s ready for any challenge.

What makes your training different? How do I know it will work for me?

We’re not some influencers that decided to slap together a program to sell to our audience.

We’ve been coaching for 2 decades, including a decade (and counting) running the human performance program for a tier 1 unit, and 13 years (and counting) of training people from all walks of life and experience levels at our gym, Beyond Strength, in Northern Virginia.

So, these aren’t nice ideas that we think will work. Our programming and coaching has been put to the test with over 1,000 people.

I'm new to hybrid training, can I do your workouts?

Short answer: Yes.

Longer answer: I know, because this isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. We start with testing to determine exactly where you are and what you’ll need to meet your hybrid training goals. Then we custom tailor your training.

Do I need a gym membership to train with you?

NEED?

No.

But this isn’t a calisthenics program, so you’ll need access to some equipment.

Nothing that you couldn’t set up in a sweet home gym though.
