How much time do I need each week?

Conditioned & Capable is a 6 days per week training plan. Strength sessions take about 45–60 minutes. Conditioning sessions range from 30–45 minutes, with the option for occasional multi-hour efforts, depending on the day and your goals.

That being said, we can work with you to prioritize what matters in the time that you have.

You don’t need hours a day—you just need a consistent plan and the willingness to show up.

Can I combine this with other training or sports?

Yes—but with intention.

If you play a sport, train jiu-jitsu, or like to go crazy on the weekends, we’ll help you adjust your sessions so you’re not overdoing it.

This program is built to support real life, not compete with it.

What if I don’t start at the beginning of the year?

Don’t sweat it—and definitely don’t let the FOMO hit you in the chest.

Our training plan is designed around the ideal calendar—but we know life doesn’t always line up that way.

It’s totally okay to start mid-block or mid-year. Why? Because we test you from day one to see exactly what you need.

Your test results help you tailor each session—so even if the current block is focused on max strength, but you need more capacity, we’ll coach you to adjust your intensity, pacing, and focus to match your needs.

What if I travel or miss a week?

With app-based delivery, you can train anywhere. If you miss time, just jump back in—we’ll help you re-engage and stay on track.

Longer answer: This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. Every training session includes built-in progressions and regressions so you can train at the level that matches your current ability.

Do I need a gym membership to train with you?

Need? No.

But this isn’t a bodyweight-only program. You’ll need access to basic strength and conditioning equipment.

That said, everything we use can be found in a well-equipped home gym—barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, a rower or bike, med balls, suspension trainer, maybe a sandbag or ruck.
