Last week we introduced why the common approach to fat loss doesn’t work and many of you reached out, or talked to one of the coaches, essentially saying that the story of Sarah really hit home and you wanted to know what to do instead.

Mindset drives behavior.
If our mindset isn’t there, our behaviors will be a constant battle of willpower and motivation.
