Things have gotten real, huh? We’re feeling it too, in a number of ways… most recently, due to the fact that all gyms in Virginia had to close their doors as of 11:59pm last night. It’s REALLY time for a new plan.
SO, we’ve immediately shifted to serving our members online in some big, resourceful, ways.
For starters, we just outlined how we’re going to help you thrive through this in a 6-page PDF titled:

Now, because our blog is read by both members and non-members alike, I’m not sharing the whole documented plan in here, but I wanted to give EVERYONE a preview (and how to get full access).

The other pages have links to schedule all of our plan and additional offerings (hence why I’m not posting them here), as well as some more information about other coaching and connection opportunities that we’re providing…
We’re also almost done with contacting EVERY SINGLE member of BSP NOVA to provide them with a completely customized fitness plan to carry out at home…
And, last but soooooo far from least, we’re loaning out pretty much all of our equipment, beginning this afternoon. No sense in having a bunch of kettlebells, dumbbells, ab wheels, and the like laying around the gym with no one there. So, we’re putting them in our members’ homes for the next month! Details will be posted in the Facebook Group shortly…
