One thing I meant to point out in the video, but forgot, is that a little bit every day adds up… both for the good and bad.
5 minutes of Instagram and Facebook here and there, or any other Not Urgent & Not Important task, can easily turn into HOURS across the week. Hours that I’m sure you’d have felt much better had you put them into a Not Urgent & Important task.
And 5-15 minutes a day of something that’s Not Urgent & Important adds up to 35-105 minutes across the week. I’ll bet you could get up 5-15 minutes earlier every day—most days, even—and knock out something you’ll thank yourself for down the road…
