According to last night’s Superbowl halftime show, 43 & 50 are the new… what… 30?!?
Jess (my wife, for those that don’t know) and I were talking, and of course it could be easy to dismiss JLo and Shakira as having access to the best nutritionists, doctors, drugs (?), etc… and THAT’S why they look so amazing at 43 & 50.
But, without throwing anyone’s age out there, we have members of this very gym that are also well into their 40’s and 50’s and I’ve seen people shocked when they find out.
Maybe you can find a few in our testimonials. 😉
The reality is, when we take care of ourselves—which doesn’t need to entail anything crazy—it can seem as if aging just… stops.
I’ve even seen people get their movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress in order and appear to look YEARS younger.
Aging backwards? Yes, please.
So here’s to our 40’s and 50’s being the new 30’s!Â
… and 60 being the new 40! Right, Beth?!Â
